Kevät (@Kutomo, Turku) saa piirtyä esitykseksi nautiskellen pienistä tansseista ja kunnioittaen herkkää, väsynyttä ja haurasta oloa. Se nojaa ystävyyteen ja siinä jakautuvaan voimaan ja turvaan. Kevät muodostuu kahden tanssijan, tilan ja yleisön jakamaksi hetkeksi haroen kohti kiireetöntä ja pakotonta tilaisuutta. Se on toive levätä yhdessä ja nauttia tanssimisesta ja kevään kasvusta kesäksi.

Kevät on Maija Mustosen ja työryhmän uusi teos, joka sai ensi-iltansa Kutomolla, Turussa kesän kynnyksellä 2018.

Kevät, Spring (@Kutomo, Turku) gently becomes a performance; reveling in small dances, respectful to feelings of sensitivity, fatigue and fragility. It leans on friendship, in shared power and security. Kevät is a moment shared between two dancers, a space and an audience, reaching out towards a moment of no expectation and no hurry. It is a wish to rest together – to draw fulfillment from dancing, and from the blossoming of spring into summer.

Spring, the new piece by Maija Mustonen and the working group premiered at Kutomo on the verge of summer 2018.
